2 To aid cleaning, re-

move also the top

part of the additive

compartment.

Use a stiff brush to

clean and remove

all washing powder

residue.

Flush out all the re-

moved parts of the

dispenser drawer

under a tap to re-

move any traces of

accumulated pow-

der.

Use the previous

brush to clean the

recess, ensuring

that upper and low-

er part of it is well

cleaned.

After having

cleaned the dis-

penser and the

drawer recess, re-

place it and run a

rinse programme

without any laundry

in the drum to flush

away any residue.

Cleaning the pump

Proceed as follows:

Place a container

close to the pump

(A), to collect any

spillage.

Pull out the emer-

gency emptying

hose (B), place it in

the container and

remove its cover

cap.

When no more wa-

ter comes out, un-

screw the pump

cover (A) and re-

move it. Always

keep a rag nearby

to dry up spillage of

water when remov-

ing the pump.

Remove any objects

from the pump im-

peller by rotating it.
